This week has been full of things to be thankful for and full of things to pray for...
I am thankful for...
* Salah Dianna Sheen - she's beautiful and is doing great. Congrats John and Khesia!
* Seeing my Mom earlier in the week. We missed her and Cherish very much. It was a short and sweet visit
* Being able to hang out with my sister so much. Love my lil Ry-Ry!
* My family!
Please pray for two girls in my classes...
- Stacy: She had a stroke and is having to re-learn everything. She was able to legibily write her name this week. She has two children.
- Felicia: She lives in Asheville and her and her husband were in a motorcycle accident. Her husband was killed and she is in critical condition. She is able to respond through blinking.
Please remember that your family is your number one priority and to never take a single thing for granted. Girls, we're praying for you!
Late from work, kids screaming, phone ringing, dogs barking, dinner is burning - just another day in paradise and no where else I'd rather be!

Salah Dianna Sheen
Nicholas' sister, Nakhesia, had her little girl early this morning. We were at the hospital for 10 hours, left because we thought it was going to be awhile, and not an hour later, she had her. She was born at 6:02 this morning weighing in at an even 8lbs. She has a ton of hair and is very alert. Everyone is doing great and looking great. Congratulations Khesia and John!

Not My Child Monday!

Jalen did not take his weiner out in the middle of Michaels with Jessica and I. He did not say he was going to pee on the floor and poop. I did not tell him to put that thing away before he didn't have one! Nope, not us!
Jalen does not pretend he is Michael Jackson now. I did not catch him singing and telling me he was Michael Jackson. You know there is way too much stuff on TV about this if your two year old is pretending to be him.

When Mom is Gone...
On Monday, Nick and I watched Ryan while Jessica slept and we had a blast. We took Ryan and Jalen to Paint Your Pot in Apex and they got to design their own plates, which we pick up today after work. After the experience I said I would never take Jalen and Ryan by myself because they are a handful. Ha, but it was fun!! Can't wait to pick them up. Ryan left around 6pm because his Mom and Dad forgot to pick him up, but he said he was thankful because he loves it with us. We can't complain because he is so cute and his Mom brought us dinner and an ice cream party!
