After we finished at the Fenty house, we headed back home to meet my side of the crew!! We had to do a little present opening before eating anything because...

Lady loves to chew, but for some reason the dog has found seashells in the back yard from years ago! If there is something to be found, she will find it! Crazy dog!

He DID IT!

This past week Jalen recognized all 26 letters of the alphabet! We are so proud of him. He's is determined to learn and it makes me so happy. He loves school and loves learning. My goal is to keep him this way! 

Basketball

Nick came home from the gym and Jalen decided it was his turn to go play basketball. He asked Nick to take him to the park, so he did. Before he went, he changed out of his PJs and found some basketball clothes, then found his special basketball shoes. He went in the kitchen and jumped as high as he could and told me it was his special shoes. I tried, but I couldn't jump high cause I had flip-flops he told me. He had fun running around shooting and playing. We brought the dogs and they loved running free everywhere.. Jalen will play Town of Cary basketball (if I ever remember to go turn it in!)

Izzy is one spoiled and loved girl. I woke up and had to take a picture of how I found our sweet girl. Yes, we had kicked the blanket off our bed and it fell on her and she really looked like she cared ;-) Silly girl. Izzy has loved this weather and really enjoyed playing with her pals, Chloe and Jasmine. Doggie play dates!

Jalen sure does love his dog. He always tells me that he wants a kitten so Izzy will have something to chase because it will be funny! It is probably not the right reason, but he does have one, at least! They will play, chase, annoy each other, but at the end of the day, they are best friends!
