3 Months Too Long

It's been about 3 months since I posted and well, that is just too long. We've done so much in the past 3 months and I can't say exactly why I quit posting, but here's to trying to keep up with it again!

Strawberry Pickin'

We had a lot of fun today with Brooklyn. We picked her up and went and ate at Subway while we waited for the strawberry patches to open. We got there and picked 2 buckets full. The kids had a blast and were so excited to pick their own strawberries. They both were hunting for the perfect ones. We have plenty of strawberries, but hope to get back there again! I think some strawberry pound cakes are in our futures! Love having the kids around -- they make life so much happier!

Sweet Cousins

We went to the park and Salah and Neriah were there. It is crazy to see Neriah walking, as just a couple of weeks ago, she wasn't. Time is flying by! Salah and Jalen had a good time chasing each other and playing games that they can make up the rules to.

Luckily, I had my camera and was able to get a few good shots of them. I have really been slacking in taking pictures lately. Need to get better about that!

Jones' Crohnies

We had such a great time walking yesterday with Dad. We had an amazing team of people who came out. A big thank you to everyone who supported us! We raised $2100 for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and we couldn't be happier. We're getting closer and closer to a cure.

Cake Pops

 

The Easter bunny brought a cake pop kit. They were pretty delicious, but not worth all the time and effort we put into make the 11 little boogers!! They took like 2 hours with all the refrigerating and stuff. Has to be an easier way, besides using one of those makers!

T-Ball Man

 

Jalen started t-ball and is doing awesome at it. He's truly enjoying it. He is hitting it great and is really trying to learn the game. I'm so proud of him. He tries to hit it to the fence every time!!
