Just Another Day!

Just Fishin....

One of the things I miss the absolute most now that I am working is hanging out with Jalen, my sisters and my awesome nephew and niece. When they said they were coming to Dad's to fish, I knew it was going to be a great time. It consisted of laughs, tears, near-death experiences (only a hook in my carotid artery), fishing poles floating in the water, and bare bums! These are the moments I will forever cherish and moments I look forward to!

Since getting my new camera, I have loved taking random pictures! I can't wait one day for Jalen to look back and have so many memories caught (or his whole life). We are surrounded by loads of family and friends and we are truly blessed...

Lemonade Stand

We had out first lemonade stand today. Jalen did amazing and made me proud. He made $11. He loved hollering at people and getting the money!

Graduation

Jalen has officially graduated preschool and is moving on to Kindergarten. It is really crazy to think that my baby is growing up until a little boy! Meadowlands has been a wonderful experience and we couldn't have asked for more loving teachers. I remember the first year of peeling Jalen off my neck screaming and crying with Scruffy in tow and now I can't get him out of there. It's a bittersweet feeling, but we are off to the next chapter! He will do great... it is Mommy we are worried about!
